如何备份全部票根？
前往“设置 → 档案与备份 → 导出完整档案”。备份可能包含票根图片、OCR 文本和订单信息，请安全保存，不要公开上传。
如何恢复备份？
前往“设置 → 档案与备份 → 从档案恢复”，选择扩展名为 .moviestubs 的备份。重复票根会自动跳过。
OCR 识别不准确怎么办？
尽量保持票据平整、光线均匀、文字清晰，并让票据占据画面的大部分区域。保存前可以在确认页面修正所有字段；你也可以直接创建手动票根。
如何关闭或删除 iCloud 同步数据？
在“设置 → iCloud 同步”中关闭开关。App 会先把当前 iCloud 票根复制回本机，再让你选择保留或删除 iCloud 副本。如果删除暂时失败，App 会保留待处理状态并自动重试。
如何删除本地票根？
打开票根详情，点击删除按钮并确认。删除 App 也会移除仅保存在该设备上的本地数据，但不会自动删除你主动导出的备份文件。
为什么电影资料搜索不可用？
电影资料依赖网络和 TMDB 服务。网络断开或服务暂时不可用时，你仍可手动填写并保存票根。

How do I back up my complete collection?
Go to Settings → Archive & Backup → Export Complete Archive. An archive may include ticket images, OCR text, and order information. Store it securely and never upload it publicly.
How do I restore an archive?
Go to Settings → Archive & Backup → Restore From Archive and select a .moviestubs file. Duplicate tickets are skipped automatically.
What can I do when OCR is inaccurate?
Keep the ticket flat, use even lighting, make the text sharp, and fill most of the frame with the ticket. You can correct every field on the review screen before saving, or create a ticket manually.
How do I turn off or delete iCloud data?
Turn off iCloud Sync in Settings. The app first copies the current cloud collection back to the device, then lets you keep or delete the iCloud copy. If deletion is temporarily unavailable, the app keeps a pending state and retries automatically.
How do I delete a local ticket?
Open the ticket detail screen, select Delete, and confirm. Removing the app also removes data stored only on that device, but it does not remove archive files that you exported yourself.
Why is movie metadata search unavailable?
Movie metadata requires a network connection and the TMDB service. If the network or service is unavailable, you can still enter details manually and save the ticket.
